The signature field in Whirr allows you to collect written or text eSignatures. This is useful for obtaining agreements, authorizations, or approvals electronically. It streamlines document workflows, reduces paperwork, and is compliant with digital signature regulations, making it convenient for contracts, agreements, and official documentation processes.
Heads up! The signature field is a Pro block. If you haven't already, you'll need to upgrade your plan to access this feature.

How to add a signature field
You can add a signature field in Whirr in the same way you summon other blocks in your project. To start, hit /
to begin a quick command. Then, type sign.
The signature field block will appear in the quick command menu, simply select it.
How to customize the signature block
Customizing this block is easy. Simply hover over the block's ⠿
grab handle. Click to edit.
The long input block allows you to toggle whether a signature is required, or not.
How the signature block works
When your users see the signature block they're able to input either a typed or written signature. Both options are compliant with digital signature regulations, and are pictured below. To redo a signature, tap the X in the top right.
