It’s good user experience (UX) to show a user a post-submit success screen after they submit a form. You also have higher odds of your user taking another action like following you on social media or subscribing to your newsletter after they’ve already engaged with your brand.

How to create a submit button

You can add a success screen to any project with a field to submit. Before you add a submit button, make sure your project has a field block.

Summon a submit button by typing /submit on a new line and selecting the Submit Button block.

How to set a view as the post-submit view

Navigate to your view with your submit button, then click your submit button’s grab handle to edit its action.

You’ll by default a new Submit button On Click will Submit form, and the default Success screen is View 1

If you already have a view you want as the success screen, select that view in the Success screen dropdown. Otherwise, keep reading to create a new view.

How to create a new view

To create a new view select + Add view on the left side of your project. In your new view, you can write content or add blocks like you would in any other view.

After creating a new view, set your view as the post-submit view.

Now you've successfully created a Submit button, added a new view, and pointed your Submit button to redirect to that view On click.
